Ruby Rosi Hotel Munich by IHG

Very funky and corky hotel… clean rooms, but quite small, also the configuration of hotel rooms is “ interesting”… sink is in the room; ( brushing your teeth and doing some other stuff will be watched by your partner….; shower and a toilet are separated by a glass door, so there is not much privacy! Breakfast was delicious! Bar is wonderful! Stuff is super friendly and helpful. Check-in and checkout is a breeze. We arrived 3 hours earlier and our room was ready!

Weird room layout, rooms are on a smaller side. A little overpriced.

Staff were friendly, check in is done in the bar and was quick and efficient

We had an incident when a homeless guy trashed the foyer downstairs, threatened people and I had to call the police. They arrested him after chasing down the street.

Beautiful rooms, amazing location, great staff

Air conditioning was a little tricky to use

Cool decor and ambience, nice amenities. Male staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival.

Female staff were at times rude and unhelpful. Had air conditioning that did not cool at all, and went to the female staff for assistance but she shrugged her shoulders.
