Location and a decent gym open 24 hours
Reception was quite slow which made asking questions a bit of a chore, the food was disappointing in the restaurant on the evening I was there. Not freshly cooked and lacked taste

My only problem was that the shuttle is “ if it’s not busy “ for pick up ……don’t say that ……
Your staff is great in making things happen . You put me “ on guard “ when I read the information.
Staff is what makes the difference!! Your staff did everything they could to make things great !!!

I didn’t use the pool but went and looked at it, and it is really nice. I liked the great customer service and the fact that it is walking distance to the airport.

Clean, good shuttle service.
I had a fractured ankle and was in a wheelchair. The staff just parked me in the lobby and did not make any attempt to keep me informed about when my transport to the airport was coming to get me.
At one point I was worried that I might miss my flight.
