Hyatt Place Vadodara

Excellent service Friendly staff Great hospitality at the reception and the restaurant during breakfast.

I can't think of anything

Very good

Food quality needs to improve

Best to mention is the super attentive staff. Very kind and absolutely guest oriented: be it front desk, room service or restaurant. Also to understand and handle specific requests by guests (e.g. one night there was extremely loud live music opposite street and staff provided solution)

I can confirm some of the observations other guests made: dampness and also cleanliness (corridor carpet) can be improved.

Overall, was glad I stayed here. In my previous work trip to Baroda I stayed somewhere different and unfortunately, that place was sold out so this was a 2nd choice and still would remain 2nd choice moving forward. The staff were excellent for my time there and that made the biggest difference. In terms of the room size, cleanliness - it was exactly as expected so was pleased with that and also quietly relieved that it was that way.
