Clean, located in a nice suburb of Bremen within 10min drive to Constructor University. Fully automated checkin and checkout. Bakery nearby (across the street), plenty of parking space. Fridge, hairdyer, standard amenities.
Nothing really. It was exactly up to expectation and didn't fail at any point. If I had to nitpick I would mention that all rooms are on the first and second floor (european... Second and third in US terms) and there is no elevator but it's only a signle flight of stairs so not a big deal.

een gym zou heel fijn zijn. Wachtwoord van de wifi werkte niet.

The guest house is a reception free conversion of the old Hotel Union. Check-in is easy with a computer system. The rooms are small but in principle new and ok-ish for one person.
There is a parking for guests behind the house which is important because on the street side are no free parkings without time limitations.
The beds are so bad that for me it is a no-go. Mattress is old and noisy and I still have a back-ache. The pillow is a half empty bag of some sort, 80x80cm. The first time in decades of travelling I went to a shop after the first night to buy another pillow. The window goes to the busy street with no outside shutters. Hence, light and noise comes in easy.
