I loved the location of the property.

We did not like the construction going on but knew it was happening. The parking situation leaves a lot to be desired on a holiday weekend. Better communication about where to park is needed for this unit. We got 4 parking tickets in 24 hours and we were parked in front of the building.

While the building is old everything in the unit was new & very clean. We loved the deck facing the ocean, & the location of the property was perfect for walking anywhere in Pass-a-Grille & on the beach.

The toilet squealed constantly. Apparently the water was leaking via the stopper at the bottom of the tank & the noise was coming from the tank. It was fluctuating loud to very loud. We had to shut the bathroom door & turn on the AC fan as well as the fan over the bed to run constantly to deal with the noise. We did advise the cleaning woman as we were leaving.
