Conveniently located in Navy Yard
Bathroom pocket door would not slide, mold on caulking in tub, no mirrors in living room or bedroom, bed was too low, paint needed to be repainted everywhere (scuff marks), base boards dirty.

Everything. It was exceptional but probably more than all else it was extremely close to NARA.😎
Maybe the stairs going to the elevator as I am handicapped but I was able to manage…

Lay out of the room and amenities available
PARKING. Received a parking ticket. Need something to issue to guest to identify as a resident.

Location was walking distance of the ball park which is the main reason we were in DC.
Expensive. Barely any toilet paper in the bathroom and only 2 towels. Had to walk to a separate building to get them. The WiFi connection didn’t work the first day and night we were there and had no access to the tv the entire time. The mattress on the sofa bed was beyond terrible. It was literally like just laying on springs. And upon checking out, we waited almost 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to help us so we could store our bags for the day.
