Nice room with pleasant decor. Clean and kitchen available

Hard to gain access. There were many many sirens outside most of the day and part of the night apparently there is a large hospital nearby.

Room is great, host was super helpful at anytime of day

The host was brilliant. He picked us up from the airport, welcomed us to the apartment. Provided excellent advice. Very very helpful. The location was superb. The Cafe on the corner was authentic and delicious. Very nice staff. Very close to the train station. Great views. Bed very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Room was nice and clean.

The owner was unresponsive when my husband and I arrived and needed to store our luggage. The numbers and listings on the door did not indicate that the room was on the fifth floor of the building. When we came back to check in only 10 minutes early, the owner responded and told us to come back in 10 minutes, so no flexibility whatsoever. The listing says that they will provide a ride to the airport at a small fee, but when I inquired about the ride, I was told to download a taxi app which was not helpful. Overall, the room was nice and clean, but the customer service did not meet our expectations and the long delay in responding from the owner was unacceptable.
