big rooms. accessible to everything. all staff were nice. fab service.

television not working, water overflowing in the shower, otherwise not really a big deal.

Summit Naga Hotel : staff were very helpful especially shout out to Regine and Krizza of front desk and housekeeping team (Fernan, Andy and Joshua); great location in Naga; very near Robinsons Mall with elevated 2nd floor covered walkway connecting Hotel; clean new beddings; highlight was Lady of Penafrancia festivities (best to be early be there 11th-16th before hi-crowd 17-20th to experience churches; foods and places)

Old towels though clean and fresh smelling; rooms need to be updated; its cleanliness should always be standard; rooms could use Smart TV so that utube and Netflix can be accessed esp if you have personal accounts; breakfast needs to be more improved in taste and managed in variety at the price of Php 650 (more fruits; include yoghurt; butter in packets and unsalted; should include famous Bicol foods ie Guinobatan longganiza). Variety can be managed (lessened) but taste and foods should always be excellent.

What I like about the property is that it is located within the perimeters of Robinson's Mall.

We were offered electric fan becuase the AC is not working properly. :(
