Location on the quay. Good view
Early bin noise, and typical quay activity

The walk in to the bar was light friendly and easy.
Staff were polite and friendly.
Room was very comfortable and clean and nicely laid out. Had everything that is needed, bed, kettle, tv, bathroom.
Separate access to the guest area via separate door so can come and go as you need to.
Honestly I found nothing wrong with the property.

Location, the bar and food.
Not easy getting to the room, carpets need a good clean.

Good value, excellent location.
We had one good night (Friday) and one bad night (Thursday). Thursday was pub quiz night, I can accept the noise from that as it is room above pub. The problem is the triple room is at the back, next to kitchen and extract plant equipment. There was someone cleaning in the kitchen until 2ish in the morning with a tiinny radio on, and plant equipment was a constant hum all night. I'm a heavy sleeper and it affected me.
