The host is excellent, a very nice and hospitable man. You won't have to sit there and wait for him, he will let you into the apartment remotely, the key will be waiting for you there. The apartment is warm, clean, bright. Exactly what you see in the pictures. There's everything you need in it: dishes, towels, hairdryer, shampoo&gel, robes, blankets, etc. Except maybe toothpaste, not sure, brought my own. The view from the window is pretty good. Everything is pretty close from the hotel. Overall, a very pleasant experience, you won't regret it.

The plumbing in the shower is a bit broken and overall finicky. The sound isolation is a bit lacking too, consider this if you want to sleep in or go to sleep early. Not the apartment's or the host's fault, though. Just the way the building is built. Will also depend on your neighbours and what's going on outside.
