The cabins were comfortable, the decks overlooked a forested pond. In the morning a loud chorus of many different birds greeted the outdoor space. There was a great view to the mountains just outside the gate. The road was quiet and provided lovely walking. The food in the restaurant was very good with some of the best Lobio I have ever had in Georgia. While it is a little bit far from the national park, the overall experience was quiet and relaxing.

A couch rather than beds in the living area would have been nice for us. Also providing a broom and dustpan so that guests can sweep their cabin between cleanings would have been nice. The refrigerator was also a bit noisy and we had to cover it with a light to dampen the light. But these were all small and easily fixable preferences.

It's a great place with fantastic potential. That said, the resort would benefit from some improved maintenance and upkeeping. Despite those minor issues, it’s still a lovely place to stay

Location

The location of this property is truly beautiful - set in the woods with a small lake, a pool, a restaurant, and stunning mountain views. The staff was also very pleasant throughout our stay. However, we were deeply disappointed by the overall lack of maintenance. We share this feedback constructively and in good faith, as a place with this much potential shouldn't be in such a poor state. Nearly everything we touched was either broken or barely functional. By the pool, the sun umbrella was broken and the surrounding area desperately needed basic upkeep. In the lakeview cottage, the wooden stairs had exposed splinters, sticking-out nails, and a loose handrail, while the floorboards squeaked loudly and the moves running Inside the roof. Inside, the bed's headboard and the shower door were broken, the bathroom cleanliness was questionable, and the towels were hard as a rock. Furthermore, there are wasp nests under the roofs of almost every house, which poses a serious safety risk - especially for guests with sting allergies. It is a real shame because the setting is gorgeous. For the price we were charged, the level of dilapidation just isn't justified. Proper ongoing maintenance is crucial—especially if the owners want to attract and retain international visitors. We genuinely hope management takes these notes in the spirit they are given and makes the necessary repairs.

Beautiful resort in an excellent location, with cottages scattered in nature and an picturesque environment, perfect for relaxing and recharge. It also has a pool, it's situated between and small forest and vineyards! The staff is really helpful, the food is nice and overall a good experience.

Because everything is in nature and mostly wooden, sometimes it feels a bit not sparkly clean but I guess it's to be expected. Also there is some loud music on the bar which sometimes can be irritating but nothing you cannot cope with.
