Millennium Place Mirdif Hotel

The staff is very kind and helpful. There is a kids pool and the big pool is nice. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Smart TV.

Some hot dishes were cold like hashbrowns and samboussa. My daughter turned sick after she ate pasta. She vomit 30 minutes after the end of the dinner. The road between the hotel and Mushrif park was very noisy. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy in the balcony because of the noise.

The location was excellent - 10 mins away from the airport and very close to MCC and Festival City. The customer service by Hesham, Mohamed Elliathy, the security, Haris Khan were exemplary. Sujita did an amazing job with my room and anticipated my every need. I fell ill on the last day and the staff were ever so helpful in calling a doctor and sorting me out. They were so kind when I asked about payments and told me not to worry about payments but just to get well. I am so grateful to them all for the support.

I was not very impressed with the breakfast but maybe that was just me. I found some of the pastries and pizzas quite dry.

I had a great experience at Millennium Place Mirdif, especially thanks to Mohamed El Leithy at the front desk. He was extremely professional, respectful, and helpful throughout my stay. He made everything easy and handled my requests with a positive attitude and excellent customer service. Mohamed truly represents the kind of hospitality every hotel should have. Thank you for the outstanding service — highly appreciated and definitely deserves recognition

Apartment was not prepared completely. Kitchen was missing all appliances. After calling twice part by part few utensils were sent but they all were greasy. Staff took back and cleaned. No crockery only two cups and one plate were there. Again they were called for provide some. After long travel 3hours gone into getting things done.
