Coco La Palm

Breakfast was good, I’d prefer a savoury pastry option within the continental as all were sweet; ie the triangle pastry could have been cheesy. The warm banana bread was yummy 😋

The cocktails were nice, but over priced for the size. When on the beech, people were walking to Margatiraville to buy cocktails to bring back to Coco La Palm!

Only stayed one night at Coco La Palm but had a very comfortable stay. Great beachfront location. Nice hot shower.

No WiFi in my room. This was quite a big issue.

Clean and spacious, great value for money. Loved the continental breakfast

Grounds was exceptionally nice With a lot Of gardens and trees, The beach frontage was big and well secured at all times,security was very vigilant when it comes to not allowing strangers and vendors on property which was nice to see

I had a car break down on my way to the hotel and ended up arriving 1 day late And they could not adjust the length Of stay because I was told to contact Booking.com to see if this could be arranged. The problem Is that booking.com is almost impossible to contact during the stay which is extremely frustrating and indicates to me that you don’t care about your guests once the have paid which is very bad look for your company. Considering not using your platform again due to this terrible customer service.
