Trastevere Suites - Top Collection

The staff was the best part- so kind and helpful. Alejandro was informative and told us where we can get breakfast and coffee, and was available anytime we needed him. Tricia was also available when we needed her and made a point to welcome us to the property. The a/c worked well. The location was convenient. The rooms were small, but for a quick weekend, it was perfect. I felt safe and secure in the building.

The only thing I didn’t love was the rooms were pretty close together. So when our neighbors were coming in late, when they were opening/closing their doors, it was pretty loud in our room. Not a huge issue for us, but might be if you’re a light sleeper.

A lovely stay with service that made us feel genuinely valued We had a very nice stay at Trastevere Suites – Top Collection. Everything was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly cool. What really stood out, though, was Alejandro’s kindness and thoughtfulness. He knew I needed to do some work during our visit, and when my American plug wouldn’t fit the outlets, he went out and purchased the adapter I needed. That was above and beyond, and we truly appreciated it. Alejandro worked hard to make sure we were comfortable and made us feel like important guests—not just another reservation. That personal attention made a real difference. Overall, a lovely experience made especially memorable by Alejandro’s exceptional hospitality.

Our room was right next to the check-in area, so there was some noise. For anyone sensitive to noise, requesting a room farther from reception may be helpful. Also, travelers bringing American electronics should pack the appropriate plug adapters.

Property was in a great location; Tricia was great with communication and assisting us on Entry. also providing us with a great restaurant for dinner. Close to the tram that takes you right into the city walking to Vatican also short walk to Trevi Property provided Kettle for the morning, and aircon was on, on arrival which was a great thought as we had travelled by train from Naples on a warm day.

Front Room the Noise Level was not the best, hearing sirens all night. also hearing the tram, maybe some shutters outside to clock the noise

Friendly and responsive staff, good transport connections

WIFI unreliable, working on and off
