The balcony was spacious and kinda quiet. The view from our window was nothing special, but the hotel’s surroundings, especially the beautiful lake, were lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the entire property was very clean. A special thanks to Amellie at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful!
There was no shower cap or tissue box in the room. More importantly, the air conditioning failed to cool the room, even when set to the lowest temperature. The receptionist came to check it, but unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved.
The combination of the warm room and the large, uncomfortable pillows made it almost impossible to sleep. There were six pillows in total, and none of them were comfortable.

Very nice location. Room clean and very nice.
There is no breakfast available. We were told to go to the village. We specifically booked this as it supposedly had a restaurant that served gluten free food. There was nowhere else in the village and we were on bike. So had to travel for dinner and no breakfast. I did state we needed gluten free. Hotel failed to tell us there was no breakfast available and that restaurant would be shut. One member of staff was rude, pushing past us as we loaded our bags in the morning.
