Crowne Plaza - West Cairo Arkan by IHG

Breakfast- Decor- location

Had to leave

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Arkan. The check-in and check-out were fast, smooth, and easy. A special thank you to Salma from Amphora Restaurant, who took care of us during our daily breakfast. She was very pleasant, always greeted us with a big smile, and took the time to show us around and explain the breakfast buffet. Her warm and friendly service made our mornings even more enjoyable. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping lady took care of everything perfectly. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality from the staff. We would be happy to stay here again.
