Great location, immaculate property presentation, beautifully decorated and well appointed room, lovely bathroom, good quality linen. There was thought and care put into designing a welcoming and refreshing space for travellers
Nothing.

Super nice and comfortable hotel in a great location. Easy to check in. Team replied quickly to queries and allow me to leave my bags after check out. Shower is great. Coffee, tea and 2 bottles of water waiting for me. Little table and couple of chairs outside to relax. Easy to reach Little Beach (I recommend Little Beach Boathouse Restaurant and a walk at dusk), Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay.

A private accomodation with direct access to garden. The kitchen was well-equipped and didnt have to go to reception during check-in. Lockbox access was provided promptly via text messge. Easy parking and can get food delivered relatively easily. Bonus - wasnt expecting an ensuite!

Large size, clean and coffee machine was good.
Small bathroom with broken shower screen, small shower, one bathroom/toilet (cramped) and upstairs bedroom downstairs bathroom.
