Staybridge Suites San Bernardino - Loma Linda by IHG

Staff was very friendly, lobby smelled very good. Room was clean.

The pool area was a little dirty lots of dirt at bottom of pool and tables and chairs were very dusty and dirty things could use a good wipe down.

Look amazing very clean

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and professional. Awesome experience

The pool was full but it’s okay

Room was clean and comfortable beds, dishes silverware seemed/looked clean

Breakfast, horrible!! After serving my kids went down to serve myself, food was not restocked. There was nothing left to eat literally. Food area was filthy and your host (a man) was on his phone in the kitchen behind piles of dishes as I peeked looking for help. We had to ask the lady at front desk what's going on. I suggest you find a new host as he is very unprofessional and in the wrong line of work! You have people coming down to eat barely 9am, there's burnt turnovers, no fruits, no hot food, no milk, not even silverware! Absolutely horrible!! I will not be back!
