A convenient location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of Venice. Close to amenities and water taxi. Very clean and comfortable beds.
The kitchen: needs clear instructions for oven, an overhaul of contents as no oven gloves a rusty main pan to cook with, a broken bottle opener, no kitchen knife to cut with etc. I would create a folding table on wall so you have space to prepare food- we gave up being self catering as it was irritating!
Also. needs a hairdryer supplying.
