The room was very comfortable and cozy, comfortable and clean beds. It has a small kitchen equipped with all the essentials, and everything was well maintained. The staff was always available to assist us, although communication is only possible by message, as there is no reception area.
Whenever we needed anything, they responded promptly and were very helpful. The room also has a great view of the mountains.
Payment is only accepted in cash and in the local currency (GEL), but this wasn’t a problem at all.
I suggest installing a shower enclosure or shower curtain, as the entire bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower.

Comfortable for family, 2 small bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs . Well equipped with what you need for a stay, everything clean and new. And the best view of Kazbegi mountain all day long.
Nothing really. The stairs going up are very steep, but you climb once only to sleep …

Beautiful views! And the cottage itself was very spacious but also cozy, great decorations and lots of blankets for the cold nights.
We met a very friendly staff lady

Beautiful views
The outdoor poorly attended. Nothing like the pictures. We took 2 cottages. Minimal kitchen utensils. Old furniture, our sofa was broken and so were a couple of the outdoor chairs. The fan caught fire when we turned it on. No fire alarm or fire extinguisher (in a wooden cottage...)
Accepts cash only
Very outdated relative to other cottages in the vicinity
