100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·paź 2026
The staff were very responsive to our complaint and the property was near the mall and transit
Our original room was very dirty and smelly. We asked for the room to be changed and the manager was very accommodating and the new suite was much cleaner. We were happy enough in the new suite.

The atmosphere and environment were cold and triste tbh. The location is excellent. Right next to a mall with plenty of shopping and grocery stores.
The building felt cold, empty, and generally unwelcoming. The kitchenware was largely unusable. I asked for a pan to prepare a small meal for my son, as the provided Teflon pan was heavily scratched and not suitable for cooking. The staff told me a replacement pan would be delivered the next day, but this never happened.
I stayed in Studio 3 on the ground floor of a large, multi-level apartment building. The studio has large windows facing the main entrance, where people constantly walk in and out and smoke. Keeping the blinds open completely eliminates privacy, while closing them makes the space feel even darker and more confined.
