Great location, comfortable and clean

Could have done with floor towels for bathroom getting out of shower, and dishwasher tablets should be provided.

We absolutely loved our stay at VIVA Casa da Vila River & Sea! The location is great – just a 5‑minute walk (about 500 m) to the ocean, and there’s a small supermarket nearby, which was super convenient. The house itself is very cozy and spacious. The living room is large, and upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms – we were 7 people in total, and everyone had enough space and privacy. The beds were really comfortable, and all rooms are nicely furnished. A big plus: there’s a toilet on the ground floor and a full bathroom on the second floor – very practical for a big group. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and plenty of cookware, plus a washing machine and a drying rack. Everything was spotlessly clean, well‑maintained, and felt very welcoming. We truly felt at home. Highly recommend this villa for families or groups of friends! We would definitely come back.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Everything exceeded our expectations.

doskonała lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, bez problemu parking w pobliżu , bary i restauracje dookoła. mieszkanie super wyposażone, łóżka bardzo wygodne

the location is great.

the beds are not very comfortable, the apartment is infested with ants. we sprayed for ants when we left everyday, and they came back to different locations each night in the thousands.
