Lovely central apartment , everything you need close by.

Its location was great- surrounded by restaurants and brasseries, walking distance of bakery and farmers market. Easy walking distance to many sights and centre of Amiens. Lots of parking available. Property was spacious, bright, well equipped and clean. Very quiet location so slept well.

It is on the 3rd floor with a winding staircase and there is no lift. The free parking space allocated to the property was in a car park that was closed but not as convenient as the alternative we found but had to pay for at €13 per 24hrs.

Big and shiny and very nice location! Perfect for group of friends

Noisy, aged, overpriced. Not recommended.

The map location of the apartment is good; short stroll to stores/eateries, center of the town, and parking is indeed around the corner from the apartment. Other than that, not as advertised and would recommend looking elsewhere.

Hard to tell from the listing, but it's right on top of a very busy and noisy street. Bad beds and pillows, "sofa bed" not really useful if you've got any adults that have to use it. Smells of old fire and fireplace, except that they try and cover up that smell with a horrible plug-in air freshener. Dirty dishes and cutlery when we checked in, couple of the glasses cracked. Door handles on the front door, bathroom, bedrooms all falling off and hard to close. Old pieces of random broken furniture stored in open closets. Can hear upstairs and downstairs neighbors. Brought up several of these issues with property owner, who responded to messages but offered no solutions. If you know what you're in for, and it's a short stay, fine. But the pictures, description, etc on the listing are not what you get.
