It’s a well position property close to the centre of Annecy with a lovely view and very comfortable and clean.
The garage in the secure car park is tiny. People should be very wary of bringing any medium to big car.

The location was excellant. 10- 15 minutes walk to the heart of the old town. Plenty of space and every comfort. The area and the apartment is quiet and largely traffic free. There is a short and steep hill to get to the garage entrance after an evening out but provided you are ordinarily fit it shouldn't be an issue I have a large car (Mercedes CLE) but with a bit of juggling I could get it in the garage.
The glasses and crockery were not well matched but it didn't really cause any issues. Beware agressive cyclists on the lake road. Road signs are purely optional for them and even outside of the city centre they do not respect one way streets or stick to the excellant cycle paths.

Was een mooi ruim appartement, vlak bij de stad annecy en bij het meer waar je met de fiets helemaal rondom kunt fietsen.

The location to old town. It was clean, with a great shower.
It felt utilitarian due to being an apartment and being managed by a management group instead of the owner. They were slow at responding to a few issues upon arrival. We had to pay a security deposit of $500 which we have never had to do in any country we have ever stayed in. We travel often. If you have a mid-size to large car parking in the garage is tight.
