Location - 10 mins walk to the Train Station & 15 mins walk to Portman Road (Ipswich Town FC)
Self Check was really simple.
The property in terms of cleanliness was immaculate & I had a great nights sleep as the bed (unlike mainstream Hotels was amazingly comfortable
If you want a Traditional Hotel & the associated facilities this property isn’t going to be for you BUT if you want somewhere exceptionally clean with a really comfortable bed for an overnight stay in Ipswich then this location is ideal.

Onceyou were in, it didn't feel like a hotel. It was like home away from home. I didn't need to buy junk food as i could do some cooking and enjoy some healthy meals, with an available fridge and freezer to safely keep my perishables
If the toilet was upstairs. I tend to have a pee through the night so it makes it difficult to get back to sleep for me after having negotiated stairs on my way down and up to the the toilet

The staff was really responsive. The room was spacious and had a nice wardrobe, iron, and hair dryer.
It was a bit of a challenge with only one toilet and other guests who took a long time. It was a bit annoying to have to take my luggage up a narrow, winding staircase. The neighborhood was quite dirty.
