The views of the valley and mountains are gorgeous! The hostel itself was warm and had everything you could ever need. Everything was very clean and I felt very safe as a solo female.
The walk to the base of Errigal is approximately a 45 minute walk from the hostel. Fine for folk with cars and those that are happy to hitchhike but not as accessible for those who don't do either. I wonder if a bus service between the hostel and the base camp would ever be possible? Perhaps in the busier summer months
