I requested 2 rooms with 2 single beds each. Our rooms each had a double bed. I said I requested 2 single beds in each room and they changed it for us. BUT I was told that we did not get 2 single beds in each room because I booked through Booking.com. They were not informed about my request. I know it is not true because I made the exact same request in each and every booking before, and it was always correct. Or did you slip up Only one towel in ladies room. Requests were made for a second towel but they did not get it
