Great location for access to metro, stations and city centre. Lovely room with a good breakfast. Gabriele was a wonderful host.

Gabrielle is a wonderful host. Provided me with wonderful tips on what to see and where to eat. Nothing quite like staying with a knowledgeable and welcoming local! The property is in a residential area but easy walking to the metro.

My Wife and I loved Gabriele, he was extremely personable and made the beginning of our honeymoon very comforting and smooth. Every morning he would bike to get fresh bakery goods for the breakfast he would hand make for us and gave recommendations on anything and everything he could. He made the room daily and had great stories to tell. 10/10 would stay with Gabriele again if we ever make it back out to Milan!
The air conditioning was a little weak compared to the US but we found that was a common theme overall in Italy.

The whole experience of getting to know the person who is responsible of the property, and the warm atmosphere.
The location is pretty dangerous, and I was really afraid to get back to my room at night, due to the circumstances I had to come back late.
It was also a bit noisy when I was trying to rest at the afternoon before my work.
I personally don't like to talk too much, especially when I am travelling for business alone, and on breakfast time had to talk with people at the table.
Not much to eat on breakfast...
