Very convenient location, nice extras included like books, plenty of coffee, tea, milk, biscuits. Parking was very convenient

TV has Netflix, I would have liked BBC channels.

Dawn was an excellent host !

Everything was lovely. You have a lot of room & a very comfortable bed.

The kitchen could have had some additional equipment like an electric stove

Cosy space with a nice kitchen area, good wifi, pillows were very comfortable. The host came out to greet us as we were heading out to dinner and she was nice.

It was so cold - we set the heating a few times and it just didn’t warm up. The bathroom floor tiles were absolutely freezing - we didn’t sleep well due to it being so cold. We followed the instructions on the laminated paper and it just didn’t warm up. The bathroom is very small - nowhere to put toiletries etc. We also found the towels very rough. The walkway down to the garden is so dark, we had to use our phone torches to avoid puddles and to do the key safe. These small elements really do make for an uncomfortable stay. This stay was not worth the price of £127 per night - unfortunately we were left wishing we had booked a hotel instead.
