The shower: "Needle sharp" jets of water this is can be synamous with electric showers. Restricting the out flow allows water to be hotter. But even on the lowest setting still uncomfortable. Descale or changed head may not help. Unpleasant. Water not hot enough in the basin and the cold needs the flow reducing. Unpleasant whiff in bathroom. Not sure if indication of damp or whiff coming from outside. No sign of damp Too much info? Well I'm retired plumber. Room 5
