Great location, nice kitchen facilities, clean. Pretty good breakfast. Smaller room for 2, but we made it work. A seamless check in process.

The host never replied re tumble dryer we wanted to use.

Celine was very helpful. Agood selection of breakfast food.

The stairs. Ask for first floor. Strange name . It was not that.

The place was very close to downtown-- an easy walk. It was very clean and obviously set up and cared for.

There were two main issues: the "breakfast" was a "continental breakfast" self-serve and was very very minimal, and unattended by staff. The second was that the keypad to our room kept failing and staff were not available to reboot it, or put new batteries in it. We couldn't get into our room once, and although we called, texted, and knocked on the door of staff's office, no one answered for about 10 minutes. We were at a loss what to do without our car keys or belongings. Staff did come and let us in and reboot the keypad, but this happened at least twice.
