Design, cleanliness, good room size, and an interesting view. I think it’s a good hotel; I was satisfied, and I’ll probably come back again. The staff were friendly, and the food was very good; I am very satisfied with the food.
What really upset me was that, at checkout, the lady wrote down the details from the back of my card. I had already paid online, and a deposit hold was also in place. Furthermore, when I handed over my card to pay for laundry services, she recorded my card details after the receipt had already been issued. I find this extremely upsetting, concerning, and unprofessional.

This is my second time staying in this hotel it was very special and the room was so spacious but I liked my first room more

Firstly as a foreigner i was glad to know that the staff spoke English well.
The place looks exactly like the pictures…It smells amazing from the moment you set foot in the lobby, to the reception & your room.
They have staff ready for you the very moment you arrive till you leave.

Everything specially the rooms and the rooms cleaners are impressive mention special to Lee
On the 11st floor the carpet needs a deep clean on both sides or replace for a location to this magnitude also the front desk personnel specifically the guys need to smile often
