Located on the west bank, so less dinner options than the east but more quiet and relaxing. You are already on the right side for the Valley of the Kings and that's a big plus.
The rooms are clean but on photo it looks much newer and in a better state than it actually is, looks dated and lacking a bit of maintenance. The breakfast is included but buffet, some food options did not taste fresh, not recommended to eat here. Excellent for sleeping tho!

Never did have the breakfast, mainly because we used their roof restaurant where you get a big plateful of really nicely cooked food. So having pigged ourselves with that and x number of beers we didn't want breakfast. Staff are helpful and the place generally was very clean and tidy. Easy to use the workers ferry to get across the Nile for just 25le.

The people were amazing. The really looked out for their guests. Also the taxi driver Ahmed (Habu Travel) was amazing.
When i am in Luxor i will go there again
