The receptionist upon my arrival was awesome, he was welcoming and very professional. The remaining staff from breakfast to housekeeping were polite and professional. The room was clean.
The receptionist at upon checking out was a bit impatient. The humidifier was too noisy.

The TV had smart capabilities! I feel like most hotels that I stay in do not offer this and the TVs are old, but we were able to watch YouTube on the TV, which made us happy.
The breakfast was alright. French toast sticks were like rocks, and the bagels seemed a little stale. I love hotel breakfasts, and the fact that it was offered here is what made us choose this hotel; however, after the first breakfast, we did not come back the next morning and instead ate out.

Food was great! Greatly enjoyed the food and service of your staff. The pool was a great addition to our stay with the georgia heat. Room service was good.
Room was advertised to have a couch in the room and there was no couch in our room. Breakfast area floor was incredibly sticky in the morning. and 3rd floor ceiling was leaking during our entire weekend stay.
