We have stayed here twice now, the condo needs refreshing coat of paint. The cleaning of the condo is fair. The cleaning staff should wipe down the light switches, the walls had many dings/paint chipping and there was mold in the shower and toilet. It wasnt terrible but does need to have a re-assessment of who is caring for this condo. I re-fresh is needed. However, it is a great location and the manager of the condo is very prompt in returning emails/texts. I would stay again, but would like to provide feedback on the condo in terms of the cleaning/upkeep. Location is superb and really the reason we would stay again and again. You can walk to the beach, near all the restaurants and shoppingI think their should have been more detergent pods left. I had to buy those for laundry. With only two of us staying I did feel like there should have been basic items (

All good. Thanks.

Everything about this stay was excellent. The communication from the owner was as good as we've seen. The property was exactly as described, and was very, very nice. Would very much stay there again or stay at another property managed by them.

No vineyard views, no vineyards. It was reasonably clean. Our parking space was occupied when we arrived a day late, not enough trash bags, bed looked very old (like a used Holiday Inn bed) and hard. No place to put shampoo and soap in the shower, except the floor. The last two days access to the parking was not available, had to park on the street. Sofa in living room was hard and not comfortable.
