9 adults and 4 kids We all had adequate sleeping and bathroom space. Property is close to activities. We enjoyed just hanging out at the property.

Just as in the pictures, great spacious home in a development on the edge of Boulder Canyon Country Club. Perfect location from which to explore the Black Hills area and large enough to accommodate our entire family. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with kids & spouses and grandkids, and attending a wedding in the area as well. Big enough to give everyone their own space. Wonderful scenery, wildlife, and cool morning breezes! Highly recommend.
