The location in Sea Pines was great and the home was beautiful! It had everything we needed and our toddler loved the pool and spa which we heated.

Carpet beetles in bedrooms upstairs. Exterminator required.
Owner digging up front yard to put in a pool. Lots of dust and dirt. No screens on windows in master bedroom.
House beautifully appointed inside.
Road traffic overwhelming, noisy and disruptive. At all hours.
