Parking was easy, post gave very good instructions, and the unit wasn't clean.

Overall, this condo served its purpose for our trip to my daughter’s cheerleading competition, but there were some definite highs and lows. The unit itself was very clean, and the location is excellent. Having easy access to the water park was a major plus and a highlight for the trip. For the price we paid, the convenience was definitely there.Unfortunately, our experience was dampened by several issues. The most pervasive problem was the smell of marijuana, which seemed to be everywhere you went throughout the building.Additionally, the response to our needs was extremely slow. We had issues logging into the Wi-Fi and notified the host immediately. While they said they would work to resolve it, it was never fixed, and they didn't touch base with us at all regarding the status of the issue during our stay. We also found the AC/heat unit to be quite erratic, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. While the price and location were good, the lack of communication and building-wide odors made for a mixed experience.

Was ok

Room was not at all what was pictured- missing pillows and decor. Had to call for sheets and pillows for pull out and it took forever to get them. Communication with the host was slow. We received a parking violation even though we had a code for free parking. Location was great and it was somewhat clean.
