Beautiful space, well equipped home. Would definitely recommend for large groups.

We had nine people from 17 to 83. We found the place well located and with most amenities we would want. We enjoyed the spa, but it had not been locked down when we arrived, nor had the outdoor grill been cleaned. Pollen in the air was a constant nuisance, as it covered every surface and we had nothing to clean it up with. We ordinarily leave venues such as this as we found them. We could not figure out how to run the AC, but did not report that it might have not worked. The worst issue is the total lack of storage space in the kitchen for 6 days worth of food we brought—snacks, chips, canned goods, fruit, breads, crackers, etc. this made for a terribly cluttered and unwieldy countertop! There is almost zero pantry space. The huge dining table was a plus because it seated all in our party. Access to the home and key-retrieval were easy-peasy. Beds were quite comfortable in each room. We liked the accessibility to area features such as dining, shopping, groceries, and so on.

Great house and amenities, one significant issue was no cold water in downstairs sink (shut off), coffee maker crafe isn’t original and doesn’t work without putting something under it to lift it. House needs instructions for some appliances including coffee maker, microwave and spa. Overall GREAT house prefect for 4 couples or larger family. We would definitely rent again.
