This stay was in a lovely historic brick townhouse located steps away from Short North. It was clean, well-stocked, and quiet. There even was an electric tea kettle, which I found amazing! (I drink tea exclusively and always bring my own tea kettle. This was my first rental ever where I didn’t need to use it!) Towels were plush, sheets were clean and soft, and the decor was fun: townhouse modern with lots of healthy plants. I am a grandmother who was traveling alone and I felt completely safe. It was on-street parking, but there were no problems finding a spot. Please note that there are stairs: to access the bathrooms and bedrooms, you must be able to climb them. I recommend this home highly.

Great property and location! Very good communication!

The area was great. Check in was a little rough. We paid extra to checkin an hour early. However, when we arrived the code wouldn’t let us in and they finally let us in remotely after 10 minutes. Then I had checked my emails and had an email saying hey we cleaned it a little early so check in early at 3 which was the time we had to pay for so that was odd. We ended up being a little late to an event because of this because we were traveling from out of town. Also, the plants and everything are super nice but I think it is so you don’t notice things like large holes in the floors, huge staples sticking out of the floors, no door to the one bedroom (would’ve been nice to know), no blinds or curtains on windows and the blinds in the bathroom were broken. It was quite the facade for the price and extra fees we had to pay. Parking was also not the easiest as it was on like an alley street with only two spots with multiple houses.
