The pool was a highlight for us. Everything was a bit of a drive, so you definitely need a rental car. Our family had three cars and there was no place to park the third vehicle. Beware, they are very strict about parking in the neighborhood, so we returned one car and made do with two. The air conditioning was another pain point, some rooms we couldn't cook and others were freezing with the controls not working well. Overall, a great experience.

Bedrooms for all very comfortable - lots of spaces in the house for private/quiet time. Kitchen well set up and large. Pool is fantastic. View of the golf course is great and wonderful views overall. Outdoor BBQ grill is serviceable, but needs some burner repairs. Outdoor umbrella on the patio seemed ready to break so wasn't used.

I wish there would have been a closet in the large bedroom on the main floor. The tile in the main floor shower was slippery and should have had a mat. Beautiful grounds and pool. Our grandson lived in the pool when we weren’t sightseeing. Great entertaining space. Maid service needs to move furniture to clean under it. We moved the couches to see if we kicked anything under them. We found an old sandwich, cracker crumbs, hot wheel toys, a box of crayons. Reason for a couple lower ratings. I would still recommend the property to others with a good sized group. Management company was excellent to work with.

Great location in Poipu! There were a few issues at the house from the start of our stay but they were addressed quickly. Shout out to Claire for helping us out! We had a group staying here and wished there were TVs in the bedrooms or other areas of the house. This was our little mishap for not catching the parking space limit for this house but nevertheless a huge nuisance only being able to park 2 vehicles and the inflexibility of being able to park on the street due to HOA guidelines. And no, the garage was not available for use. Finding another parking space anywhere else gets frowned upon by the neighborhood. If you'll have more than 2 vehicles, I'd look for a different stay- it's not worth the hassle, and stress, trust us on that one. Otherwise, beautiful view and pool. An older house with newer furniture. Comfortable beds. Expected more for the price though.
