The second bedroom (twin) has two terraces one where you can enjoy the morning sun, the other with beautiful sunsets. There is also a family bathroom which is accessed from the hall. The basement is paradise not only for children. It offers plenty of entertainment so that there will be no room for boredom; table soccer, pool billard, a play station, darts and table tennis. There is also another bedroom (twin) and a shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with a tv screen. Around the 8x5.5 infinity pool you will find several sunbeds, a comfortable sofa and a pull-out table. The villa is only a short stroll away from the gorgeous La Fontanilla beach. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

To beach there is a small path through a park and it takes only a bit more than 5 minutes to get to the beautiful beach of Conil -La Fontanilla with its famous restaurants Fontanilla and Francisco Fontanilla. Into the village you can get in approx. 15 to 20 minutes walking along the beach or through the streets with its little shops.
