Welcome to our vacation rental in Grömitz!

We offer you a well-maintained and tastefully furnished 2-room, non-smoking apartment. It measures 43 m² and is located on the mezzanine level. The apartment comes with its own parking space. From the large balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view across the gardens to the dike.

The combined living/dining room features a sleeper sofa (1.50 m wide), two armchairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, a large LCD TV, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. The living area is perfect for relaxing. A collection of books and games is available for your use.
In addition to a sink and toilet, the bathroom features a shower and a heated towel rack.
The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00), two nightstands, and a large wardrobe that includes a safe.

In the spring of 2024, we renovated the built-in kitchen. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, a microwave, a 2-zone induction cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Of course, there’s also a coffee maker, toaster, and other useful small kitchen appliances.

The kitchen and bathroom feature light-colored tile flooring, while the living room and bedroom have light-colored laminate flooring. The apartment is ideal for two people but is also well-suited for families with up to two children.

The “Haus Baltic” apartment complex is located directly behind the dike. The beach is only about 100 meters away; the new Dünenpark, featuring several shops, a variety of dining options, and a branch of the Junge bakery, is about 300 meters from the apartment; and the town center is just a few minutes’ walk away.

During the season, a beach chair is available to you free of charge.
