Vacation Apartment No. 4 at Strandvilla Niklot is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This modern, comfortably furnished, wheelchair-accessible vacation apartment on the first floor features a northeast-facing terrace and includes a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower. It is located just about 10 meters from the beach.

The living room features a couch, a fireplace, a large swivel LCD TV with a PC connection, and a DVD player. The modern, cozy dining area seats 4 people. From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace—furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair—and into the adjacent garden. Here, you can enjoy your coffee while keeping an eye on the kids as they play. (Partial lake view!)

The vacation rental’s high-quality kitchenette is partially separated from the living room and features a dishwasher, a stove with oven and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an extra-wide range hood, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, and much more.

The large bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), and the small bedroom has a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm). You can access a second terrace from both bedrooms. Here, too, you can enjoy the partial lake view. Both bedrooms have blackout pleated blinds.

The modern shower room in this vacation rental is equipped with underfloor heating and offers a comfortable showering experience. All rooms feature continuous tile flooring, and the windows have blinds and curtains.

The Niklot Beach Villa is situated in a prime beachfront location on the beach promenade. An elevator, Wi-Fi (subject to availability), and a garage parking space (height 2.00 m) directly at the house are available. A locked bike shed next to the house is available for our guests’ use.

The modern villa joins the row of many historic villas along the beach promenade. It was completed in 2008 on the site of the former Café Böhmes. The new construction made it possible to create spacious vacation apartments here. Its name comes from the last powerful Slavic Wenden prince, “Prince Niklot.”

Some vacation apartments have a direct view of the sea or a partial view of the sea. The building is very well equipped, featuring Wi-Fi, an elevator, and free parking spaces in the underground garage or above-ground garage. All of the spacious 3-room vacation apartments are individually furnished and feature a balcony or terrace. There is a separate shed for bicycles on the property.

You can reach Strandvilla Niklot directly via Rallenweg. You’re just about 10 meters away from the 4.5-km-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Shopping options, such as an Edeka supermarket, are only about a 5-minute walk away (approx. 300 m).

It’s also just a 15-minute walk to the pier and Boltenhagen’s spa gardens. Stroll right along the beach promenade and listen to the sound of the sea on your way to the spa gardens.
