Discover North Finistère by staying in this magnificent house with swimming pool classified 4* of 130 m², located in the heart of Roscoff, harbor city and seaside resort full of charm with its beautiful shipowners' houses.
The house is composed of a large living room with a lounge-dining room area, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor, two shower rooms. Garden, terrace and swimming pool for a real moment of relaxation.

First floor:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 10 guests.
- The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1 : It is composed of a double bed and a closet with shelves and a curtain. Direct access to the terrace and the pool through a large bay window.
- Bathroom with Italian shower, basin and storage space.
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: fitted with a double bed, closet closed by a curtain
- Room 3: two single beds, closet closed by a curtain
- Room 4 : two bunk beds, closet closed by a curtain. Ideal for children
- Bathroom with Italian shower, basin and storage space
Outside :
- Fully enclosed garden of about 150 m².
- Terrace facing south/southwest of 90 m², equipped with a covered outdoor kitchen with sink and worktop. Garden furniture, dining table and chairs, parasol and deckchairs to relax after a beautiful day of discoveries
- Private heated pool, open from April to the end of September. Dimensions L 8,30 m x l 4 m x 1,50 m deep. The pool is equipped with an electric cover and a pool cleaner.
- Outdoor shower
- Fully enclosed private parking of 100 m² for up to 5 vehicles

La Roskoker Beautiful modern house with amazing terrace and large heated pool in a quiet and very safe feeling suburb of Roscoff but only 10min gentle walk from the delightful old port town itself with some quiet and high quality bars, restaurants and shops on the coast. The house is broadly well equipped however we found some elements lacking that were unnecessarily frustrating e.g. no pool towels. This was especially annoying as I had specifically asked the week before to be told by the management company there definitely were pool towels provided hence none of our party packed them. The hosts when we asked were also not able to provide any or even provide any extra normal towels. I should say that the following were provided which was excellent: dishwasher tablets, washing machine capsules, bbq, pool toys, welcome gifts, sun loungers, parasol. Final irritation was the departure instructions e.g. stripping g beds, emptying dishwasher and bins. Overall, we would return (and pack towels!)

La Roskoker Great home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space for several couples or a family of adults and children. Plan to bring your own pool towels and your own soaps/shampoos, supplies and amenities--only a starter set of 1 dishwashing tab, washing machine tab, 1 little toilet paper roll/bathroom, and 1 trash bag is provided.
