View was excellent. Beach service much appreciated. Room was clean with all needed ammenties to make the stay comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. I did request additional towels and bedding for the pullout couch. They were delivered within the hour- prompt service. Thank iii for an enjoyable stay! We’ll use this unit again!!

We love the sunbird. The location & easy beach access is great.

Our stay was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING location location! Best resort/condo I’ve ever stayed at

Condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you need (except toilet paper). Great location and steps from the beach. I was very impressed with the actual condo but not impressed with the outside of the building. Dumpsters full of smelly trash, trash bags on the ground and a lot of construction with tools and equipment laying everywhere. Had to pay $20 for parking and $5 for a wristband for each person. Was over charged for wristbands, the atm did not dispense the correct amount ( only take cash) and the office staff was so rude. I loved the condo but would not return due to the office staff and dumpsters of trash right outside the room
