The facility was quiet and clean. There was no noticeable foot traffic and everyone respected the established quiet time.

The only hiccup we had was the parking passes at the beginning. Everything else was exactly as expected! The place is really nice! Easy check out process. We loved the beach club! Easy, accessible access to the beach!

We love the beach club. Really liked this condo and being in the Avalon building. Would definitely stay here again. Most of it has been updated. Will be really nice once two showers r updated.
