A lovely view, great game room and theater. We had a great stay with everything as promised with the exception of some indoor household equipment. (Master shower nob, dishwasher and range trouble and bad smell in the master bedroom.) The ledge in the parking lot was scary, it was a two inch step up and then you had to stop quickly so you didn’t drop off! Otherwise, five bathrooms were great, comfortable beds and view was spectacular. An overall good stay.

Lovely location. Kitchen had many items to make most things. Theater room was a nice bonus on rainy days. Our family enjoyed our stay. Saw momma bear and her cub.

10/10!! Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The host is very responsive and helpful. So close to downtown Gatlinburg (maybe a 10 min drive down the mountain) but yet you feel so far. House was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of bear activity, which was exciting! Keep in mind that even though it is pet friendly, there is no play yard and minimal space for dogs to handle their business. My service dog handle everything well, but just keep that in mind if you plan on bringing your dog.

The house is very high in the mountain and the road to it is extremely winding and narrow. Because of the location, once we got back to the house on a daily basis we never went back out. That kept us from doing alot. The host did warn about the roads leading to the house. You could not get out and walk because of the roads. The ice maker broke and the host had ice delivered to us. The whole kitchen needs some attention. Because of the location, I would not recommend this rental.
