House was great. Having pool, golf cars, bikes, paddle boards was amazing too. Location was amazing, right in sand!

We loved staying at Joya Del Mar. There were a few issues while we were there, and the property management team was very responsive and helpful. Some things could use a bit of maintenance, but hopefully they are addressing those things. It was absolutely wonderful having a private, heated pool and a hot tub right on the beach. The property would be great for multiple families, it’s huge!
