The overall appearance of the house was great. Very clean and kept well. We had all beach amenities we needed in the house. The host communicated very clear about check in process and check out as well. The pool and fitness center exceeded our expectations. Very family friendly community. Beach was not hard to get to. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

"I cannot say enough great things about this property and the owners! This was a fantastic stay, and the home had absolutely everything we needed. The owners were incredibly prompt with all communication. The place was extremely clean and even smelled like a new house! Additionally, the house includes a ton of beach amenities (like chairs and umbrellas) that were very helpful. It’s about a 2.4 mile walk to the inlet from the property. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Very nice property - had everything we needed.

The Beach Life townhouse was beautiful and exceeded expectations. Not only was there plenty of space to enjoy and feel relaxed, the extra touches were appreciated. Paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, napkins, cleaning supplies. New sponges for the sink! The pillows in the master bedroom could use replacement, including an increase in size to king sizepillows so the pillow cases fit. The includes grill, propane, and beach gear was a welcome attribute and was so helpful. The entire neighborhood feels safe, home-like, and peaceful. The pool area was gorgeous and we had two wonderful days there. Despite Hurricane Erin ruining half of our vacation, it would have been much worse if not for a nice place to call home.
